11/07/2012 - Tuléar, MADAGASCAR - A cloud of grasshoppers is crossing the National Road 7 in southern Madagascar near Tulear. These insects threaten all agricultural production. Rice fields will be particularly affected. If nothing is done very quickly, says the FAO, the impact in terms of food will be terrible.
