Pour aider ses parents, il travaille aux champs autour du village de Koonan au nord-ouest de la Cote d'Ivoire. Ce jour la, il fait des allers-retours entre les champs et un marigot pour transporter de l'eau qui sera dilluee avec un puissant herbicide a base de glyphosate (du Rangro 480 SL) et pulverisee autour des anacardiers (arbres produisants des noix de cajou). Le 06/07/2023 /// Doumbia Moriba (16 years old) has just had his BEPC (middle school diploma) and is due to go to high school in the neighboring town at the start of the next school year. To help his parents, he works in the fields around the village of Koonan in northwestern Ivory Coast. That day, he goes back and forth between the fields and a backwater to carry water which will be diluted with a powerful glyphosate-based herbicide (from Rangro 480 SL) and sprayed around the cashew trees.
